Shipments & Returns


Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our couriers.

Generally goods with value lower than EUR 20.00 are shipped without tracking and drop-off signature. If you prefer registered delivery and/or tracking an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

We advise you to group your items in one order. If you place 1+ distinct orders separately, please send us an email and ask for a Grand Total; whenever possible we will give you a combined discount on postage.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. To ensure privacy all goods are neutrally packed.

Depending on the shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.


Discreet packaging

All our goods are sent in plain white Tyvek envelopes or brown (or white) carton boxes without logo or any information linking to the content. Sender is LRG Utrecht, Netherlands.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and destination.

Actual shipping costs depend mainly on weight and destination. We do not work with fixed prices but with actual shipping costs with a small fee for packaging and bringing to the courier.

The webshop software automatically counts total weight of all goods purchased. Depending on weight, sizes and destination you can choose from one or more couriers. 


As a customer you can choose from several couriers, each with different pricing and speed: Post NL, (DHL Global Mail), Kiala or GLS.

In general when goods fit in a envelope and weight is less than 2 KG Post NL is best option, for larger sized goods (DHL Global Mail) is the default courier. On average DHL parcel needs 4-5 days extra to deliver compared to PostNL. So if speeds is important you better go for PostNL.

For some countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Spain) in Europe KIALA offers a pricewise very interesting alternative, it does not deliver to your home but to a so called service point (name to be provided by the customer). 

GLS is primarily for our wholesale customers.

Non-registered sending

PostNL offers registered and non-registered transportation. Non-registered sending means no tracking and without any guarantee, i.e. loss = lost for ever and at customer's risk. 


Hygiene items do not qualify for returns, except if the item is faulty.

For serious quality defects of our product, we will refund fully.

You must inform us immediately about any faulty item and it must be returned within 48h after the delivery. Return postage to be paid by the buyer.
