Shipments & Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Post NL, DPD, DHL Global mail or GLS. Most of these carriers offer home and drop off/pick up choice. We do our best to respect your choice of carrier. Sometimes we may have to choose another option. Our dispatch notification will show you all the details. Nowadays more and more shipments are tracked and require a signature at delivery. We still think it is not always necessary. Insured and tracked postage can change products with low value into expensive ones. Anyhow, you are the best in ascertaining the local situation and see what’s best for you. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees include postage costs and a small amount for handling and packing. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment, destination, service and delivery option. See POSTAGE COSTS for a rough indication of the costs for sending a parcel to you. We advise you to group your items in one order. If you place 1+ distinct orders separately, please send us an email and ask for a Grand Total; whenever possible we will give you a combined discount on postage.

To ensure privacy all goods are neutrally packed.


Depending on the shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.


Hygiene items do not qualify for returns, except if the item is faulty. For serious quality defects of our product, we will refund fully. You must inform us immediately about any faulty item and it must be returned within 48h after the delivery. Return postage to be paid by the buyer.
