This gas mask adapter converts a 60 mm filter or hose threading to a 40 mm threading.
60 mm threading is usually found on Canadian, Finnish and Swedish gas masks. And 40 mm threading on NATO devices.
Allows you to use for instance a M61 gasmask from Finland with gas mask hoses, connectors and filters with NATO threading (= 40 mm).
